Hi,
I would assume, if I failed credit check twice, the whole process is over. So why did you charge me 40 pounds twice on the next day?. This was last Friday and I still have those two payments pending. Seriously?!

As the payment is pending this has not been taken.
If you wish for this to be stopped, I would recommend giving your bank a call who can stop any pending payments.

The order was done online: XKO286508306 and XKO286508322. The payment is still pending in my account and it has been 4 days already. If it will not be resolved I will escalate via legal means.
