i am with o2, my partner with ee and our broadband with ee, both in her name.
i spoke to an advisor today who told me in order to switch to ee and get the ee one unlimited reduced charge i need to be added to the household, which can be done by my partner going to the app, selecting profile, then sending me an invite.
However there is no send invite button.
A little bit of reasearch tells me that this is new and hasnt yet been rolled out. When is this due to go live? I dont mind waiting a month or two, but if it not going to come in soon Id rather just switch now without the benefits

Hi @jl45a
Welcome to the community. 🙂
At the moment, customers who have their mobile and broadband on the same account get the benefits of EE One. Our EE One help page explains the benefits, with some hand frequently asked questions at the bottom. That page will be updated if anything changes in future.
Thanks,
Chris

@jl45a You need your partner to take out a contract on their account. This will be how you get on the account. If you wish to retain your number from O2, you need to request your PAC from O2 and then provide that to EE so they can migrate your number over to the new line that your partner has taken out on their account.
