Hi, just wondering I received a text message saying I can upgrade for free and I can pick a new contract? However when I pick a new contract it says I still have to pay an early upgrade fee?

Hi there,
Cleared cache and cookies got to checkout and it’s still saying early upgrade fee 396, is this a real offer to waive my current contract if I get a new upgrade? It doesn’t seem this way, seems too good to be true.

It would be a genuine text from EE, but if it is not working the best option is to speak to our upgrades team so they can look at it for you.
