Picture Messsages

I have just been charged for a picture message, which I sent as a normal text.  I sent it to only one person and there were no emojis or pictures in it.  Why would it have been converted to a picture message? Thanks, Helen

Hi @helenvw

If the text is more than 160 characters it will automatically be converted into a MMS assuming you are not using any Unicode characters .

Thanks
