does ee do webchat?

my plan seems quite high - £100  a month. I am looking on thre website for a webchat function so i can ask someone from ee to look at my useage and see if I should be on a different, cheaper plan, to suit my needs more. But i can't see a webchat function! Is there one?

@SarahLockett  you cannot reduce your monthly contract tariff until you’re eligible to upgrade.   If you still want to reduce your tariff, you will need to pay off your current tariff in full with a 4% discount so then you can upgrade to a cheaper tariff and depending on how long you’ve got left in your current tariff, this could be the cheaper option
