Hi,
I went through an upgrade and the EE call centre person guided me through the contract details but the one I have been placed on does not match what I agreed to. How do I find/request a copy of the call transcript and the contract that I signed digitally?

You can call Customer Service team who can check your contract and make sure the plan you're on matches what you agreed to. Please call 150 from your mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone. Contact Us
