I am having trouble getting my sim to be active again.
When i log into the EE app i have a warning my account has been deactivated and that i should pay the bill, yet when i check that there is no bill. What do i have to do to reactivate my sim?

It sounds like this is something you will need to speak with our Mobile Care team about. They have access to your account and will be able to check the status and advise the best way forward.

any way to speak with them via chat?
I am out of the country so a visit in person is not possible and a phone call is also not possible since my sim is deactivated.
