So when I was with my ex he had my old iPhone 6s or something and we had a double contract when I got my new iPhone. I recently got a new phone and new contract but still have my old iPhone 6s on my EE profile? But I don’t even use the phone I don’t even know where it is. The bill is £100 and I could not cancel this contract as left my ex and he still had the phone st the time. Need help asap!

@Bubble123 , have you spoken to customer service about this? If you are the bill payer and it is all on your account, then surely once you were not with your ex anymore, I would have thought you would have sorted it then or soon after, if he is the account owner and bill payer, then he should receive this and be held responsible.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
