Cancellation question

Mynamesash

Hello,

From tomorrow onwards I have the option of upgrading or cancelling my contract (45 days remaining).

My question is, if I cancel, does that mean the contract ends at the end of those 45 days? Or does it end sooner?

Many thanks

The 45-day window is for upgrading FoC, not for cancellation. If you call now to cancel you'll be giving 30-days notice of it. As a result your contract will end in 30 days time & you will be charged for the residue of your term an early termination fee which works out as 4% less than your normal monthly fee. Consequently you will receive a final bill refunding you a small amount.
