Changing direct debit for one plan

Hi, my partner would like to start paying for his own phone and I can’t find any way to swap his plan over and change the direct debit without both our plans changing over. How do I swap his over so he is only paying for his own phone as plan?

Cancellation

new plan (no new device)

i swapped over my plan to a new one online due to not having enough data, i confirmed it however it isnt showing that i am under a new plan (only shows my old) and i also havent recieved an email confirming it? 

Will i pay extar charges if i dont renew

Unable to upgrade
