contract ending - what happens if I wan to go SIM only and not upgrade my phone

my contract ends in November - I don't want to upgrade what do I do for SIM only

and scroll down, you'll see the option to upgrade a phone & plan or SIM Only.

website gives the option, but when you try to access "its not available at this time".......Rubbish!!!
