Hi, my mother died and my dad had a catastrophic stroke. I need to cancel the phone contracts on their account. The bereavement form doesn't do the job because my dad is still alive.
I could use some suggestions - thanks very much

Hi @Janner21 I'm so sorry to hear that your mother has passed away and your father has had a stoke, I can only imagine how devastating it is for you.
I want to make sure that this gets sorted for you as soon as possible, so I'd recommend giving us a call on 150 from an EE phone, or 07973 100 150 from any other phone, then one of our guides can assist you.
