This is a public forum and we do not have access to your account to complete this here, but it is possible to manage this online via your EE account.
Just head over to myaccount.ee.co.uk, then select Bills & Payments > Manage your Direct Debit.
Just be aware, unless you're on pay as you go, cancelling your direct debit will not automatically close your account, and you're still liable to pay any bills produced.
If you wish to cancel please give our team a call, and they can help get this sorted at our end.
