hi i pid my bill for my mobile and my bank said it was confirmed, however the ee website isnt showing it paid

It can take up to 24 hours for your online account to update with any payments, so please check again after this time. Once this time has passed, if the payment is still not showing but has been taken from your bank account, then call our team, and they'll be able to help locate the payment.
