I have been overcharged for 6 months with broadband I'm still being billed for my previous broadband service £40.74 I upgraded in June and got a new deal for £26.99 per month however when I look at my bill it states £26.99 per month, what baffles me is when you look at previous bill payments IT STATES I HAVE BEEN CHARGED £40.74 per month. I have called 4 times and always told it's been sorted and I'll only pay £26.99 monthly but that's just lies in still paying £40.74 I have been overcharged £96 over the what I should pay, I'm cancelling my direct debit

Cancelling your DD will leave you at risk of marring your credit history & being hounded by debt collectors. You need to sort it out with CS. Failing that you can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks or come to a deadlock you can take it to EE's ADR provider. See Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form .

Hello @RichardGorman.
There is also the option of completing the online complaints form that has been linked by @XRaySpeX.
A member of our complaints team will then be in touch to discuss this further.
