Upgrade

Iv just upgraded my sim only plan to and phone and monthly plan. Will it automatically change over or will I be changed twice, Iv been trying to phone for the past hour with no luck.

Corporate discount

I am an existing ee customer with a corporate discount on my current monthly plan.  I am considering changing to a SIM only plan and would like to know if this discount would still apply?

Cancelling a sim only contract

Hello my son has gone to Australia for 12 months and he’s wanting to cancel his Sim only contract but he’s struggling with connectivity to do this, can i cancel it for him from here in England, if i can what info will i need off my son to do this!
