Did you mean:

EE too expensive and keep hanging up

I'm trying to leave EE because they are too expensive and twice now I've waited 20 minutes to speak to someone and the customer service rep hangs up pretending its a bad line. Strange that hey.

I have doubts that CS agents would have intentionally terminated any call unless they genuinely couldn't hear the caller. I don't see any incentive for them to do so.

@narna74   You don’t need to speak with customer services at all to leave the network unless your still in your contract term as you have to be told the cost to terminate that contract.    You just need to get your pac code and give that to your new network provider.    Just remember when you look at other networks that the contracts you’re looking at are 24 month contracts and not a 36 month contract for the device and a 24 month contract for the tariff.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
