New number but retain old number too

I would like to change my number, however to ensure I don't miss updating contacts and banks etc I'd like to move my old number to a payg sim for a few months when my number changes. Is this possible? 

Contract Cancellation Help

I am thinking of leaving EE before the 14 days contract window ends because the contract is not as exciting. I found the device to be useful for me. Can I cancel the new contract and pay fully for the device?

Resolved! Upgrade not available

I have less than 30 days on my contract, but my online account states upgrade not available. I did request a PAC code a few days ago, but I haven't used it and want to stay with EE.

Need to pay bill yet can't

Not only can I not access the app to pay my bill, I also cannot pay through the phone! Its currently unavailable, what a joke! How am I supposed to pay, if I cannot pay?!
