I would like to know how when I’ve never used all my allowance generally using between 2 & 3G I’ve used all 6g this month 5 days before it resets.

What phone are you using? Some phones have an option to see what your highest data using apps are.
Our Customer Care team will be able to take a look and see if there has been any unusual usage.
