Price increases

Can someone please tell me how EE can increase prices by the CPI from December at 10.5% when in January the CPI was 7.6 are we being ripped off

Resolved! Account holder

Hi therei am the account holder for my EE account but it doesn’t actually recognise myself as the account holder??how do I solve this??

Moved abroad

I have just recently moved to Belgium. As we are out of the EU the roaming charges are racking up! Can I switch to an international SIM card or is there a way to keep my number? What do I do about my EE contract? Does it have to be terminated?
