Upgrades

Want to take advantage of the swap present iPhone 13 for a new iPhone but don’t want to pay any more than what I pay now. With an increase in billing in march I will be paying £140 monthly for two phones I already pay for.

Increase in bills

 I have just had an email stating my bill will be going up 14.4%, I think this is a rip off as the increase is supposed.to.follow interest rates, they have gone up by 10%,if you increase my bill by 14.4% I will be cancelling my direct debit

I have no link to bills & payments, I am not PAYG, once registered does it take a while to obtain the bills & payment link.I need to download .my bill each month ?
