I had a sim only deal with EE February last year and broke my phone, I went to my local EE shop and bought a new phone with a more expensive tariff in May, but now you are charging me for my sim only contract AND my new contract which I am now paying...

monthly cost

For some years I have been paying an increasing amount monthly and am now paying over £10. I have found another provider who will charge me £3.38 a month. Can EE match this?

Hi,My 24 month contract has come to an end. So I presumed that my monthly instalments would be reduced, to sim only, as the device is now paid off. please can you confirm, if not would be looking to cancel. thanks
