Hi. Can you please tell me why my bill has increased in the last 2 months when I haven’t gone outside of my allowance?

@MattHowe  there was the recent yearly price increase of 14.4%. That is based on Decembers CPI rate and 3.9% that your contract states.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
