Extra charges

Hi, my son has a mobile on my plan and has several extra charges at £10 each. These took place one after the other early hours in the morning and he doesn't know what they are. How do we remove these charges and stop this from happening again.

I am due an upgrade but all your online offers are too expensive. I have gone on to comparison sites and can get an iPhone 13 for a lot less every month. What else can you offer me?
