Resolved! Credit on bill

I’ve changed over to a SIM only contract and my bill is showing as -£12 this month - does this just get credited to my next month bill or is it paid back to my account? 

New phone contract

Hi, I have took out a new phone contract and have been sent the wrong colour phone. I want to send the phone back cancle my contract as I have been messed around by EE and am tried of the poor procedures.

Contract end date not showing

Contract end date not showing as I had unpaid bills, I have now paid and am up to date. However I cannot see the contract end date and all I can see is I am not eligible for an upgrade at this time.does anyone know how I can see how long I have left?...
