Paid twice

Hi my ee dd failed last week so I paid by another means. 

taken out again today?

@Racheljane1   EE will try and take payment on the payment date if this fails they’ll try again around 7 days later this is an automatic process so if you paid this yourself the automatic process will still happen.   your manual payment will sit on your account and will go towards next month ms bill.     

 If you pay by DD then you don’t pay it manually unless you pay your bill before you are billed so it sits on your account and will be taken when you are billed. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
