HiMy two contracts end 15 June and I am moving away from EE. Just want to check if I need to do anything other than cancel my payment to EE.Do I need to notify EE and if so can I do this by email or chat?Thanks

I am within my 45 day “upgrade window” but I want to try and go onto a sim only deal but am being told I can only do this from when my contract actually ends in 45 days, is this correct?

Currently on pay as you go. Want to try again to upgrade to a sim deal after being denied last month nearly 1hr to get through to EE i left three network tojoin EE imslowly starting to regret it 路‍

Hiya, I went into my account to pay my bill for June but it said it would be ready for the 4th of june and if i wanted to make an overpayment, what happens if i do make that overpayment will it just come off my next bill?
