I asked am sure a couple weeks ago now to have my contact cancelled because I had no months left on it and I have proof of it and I got a message the other week saying that I owe them £70 something even tho it’s ended and… I also haven’t received my £100 deposit back. 

To think that what the world is going through the now with money and stuff and there are people expected to pay ££80 for a phone bill that doesn’t even work probably is ridiculous and I know you  are all doing your job and you have no control over half of the stuff that goes on but this is just getting out of hand.

How did you cancel your contract? Did you give 30 days notice to cancel without keeping your number or did you request a PAC code to transfer your number to another network?
