Hi there so my internet isn’t working ! and you too money from me now I am on -25£ on my bank card I have 2 small kids 1 year old and new born and you have made my debit card on a - how can you take money from me when the service is not working ??!!

If I am a sim only contract and went back to a phone plan.. do I pay monthly for the addition of the phone or do they cancel out the sim only and swap ot over to the new phone and minutes contract
