Death of account holder.

My mum has passed away, she was the account holder, myself and 2 children have the phones and use the contracts. The phones are just over 6 months old. Can I transfer them to pay as you go? Will we get to keep the phones to use?

upgrade

Why does EE not allow you to upgrade to sim only as an upgrade option. it says you can but when you click it , it only offers devices. Im out of contract yet EE will still take the full payment as the device is still included.

Resolved! from monthly sim only to full phone contract

Hi - I have a 24mth sim only contract i took out for my grandaughter. Its about 18mths into the contract. Can i upgrade to a full phone / sim contract without incurring early settlement fees ?regards / Ian
