It's probably a refundable deposit against roaming.

Hi @nickelyeah

Is the deposit showing on your bill?

If so, what description shows for the deposit?

Leanne.

Do you know if it will be refunded automatically or i have to make a request proactively?

Yes, it is on the bill saying deposit for service and that's all.

That’s a bad response. Doesn’t explain anything. I’ve also been charged with this mysterious ”service deposit” without that being made clear when I set up my plan. If you charge people you for something, you should probably have a straight forward explanation for that charge you share openly and not being vague like this. It feels dodgy to read.
