COULD someone please help me as i have complaned to EE AND NOTHING is being done
I have itemisised billing, i can see on going itemised billing 2-3 hours after calls or texts were made.
I have two phones, one account it shows, the other phone account, keeps saying error, it used to work now all of a sudden has stopped working, unclear why as the other one is.
Tried via phone, app and laptop all the same error message.
