Extra charges

My recent bill shows an extra charge incurred on 2 February for calling the same number 3 times.  I have never called this number and a check online indicates that the number is for UPS which I have never used.How has this happened?

Resolved! Account holder

Hi therei am the account holder for my EE account but it doesn’t actually recognise myself as the account holder??how do I solve this??

Moved abroad

I have just recently moved to Belgium. As we are out of the EU the roaming charges are racking up! Can I switch to an international SIM card or is there a way to keep my number? What do I do about my EE contract? Does it have to be terminated?
