My 24 months EE contract ended on 26 September which was 75/month. On the same day I upgraded to a sim only contract of 17/month. Still EE charged me 75 pounds which was the 25 th payment for my last contract. As EE always charges a month ahead of the billing cycle, they should have charged me for the new contract which is 17/ monthly. How do I get a refund of the bill they have deducted from my account? I called them and they haven’t sent me anything. Is there anyone from EE customer service here?.

@imran6055 : Your bill would have been already prepared & raised on 26 Sept before you upgraded to the cheaper contract on the same day. You'll get a refund for it in your next bill of 26 Oct.
