Paid my phone bill but my phone is still suspended

I paid my phone bill earlier this morning at 7:20am and the lady on the other end of the phone said to wait 2 hours and my account should resume to normal and it hasn’t yet. I’m a student I need my phone to be able to get to uni and get back.

I got a sim only no frills “deal” on 11th January at 14.99 a month. For this you get 2gb data (whoopy), and even get charged extra for a pic message. Today they say price is going up again. How do I get out of this? I was on GG before unlimited data ...
