Unresolved technial network issues

Hi there You charged me for all the calls I made to you to resolve me technical issues. Please reimburse me as you confirmed you'll resolve this and you haven't done this yet and charged me for all calls made to you

Hi guys, I have just had a sim only and I want to add an additional line for my partner on my account. How long do I have to wait until I can do this? my account is really new around 3 days old  thank you  

Resolved! Lead phone on account

I have several phones on my account but they have one of my children's phone as the lead number on my account. I have contacted them several times to change it but still no luck, any suggestions?

Resolved! Device change after 14 day period
