Hi, I had my automatic payment going for my monthly contract and for some reason it was skipped which led it to being removed I don't know how. App says click here to make a payment which I follow and it only leads to an error page. Is there a way to make the payment, I'm travelling abroad at the moment and my phone, which is on contract says I can't add payment as I am not the account holder. I did call on 360 and 0800 956 6000 but neither seems to work.

Try using Fast Pay online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

Did you mean your automatic payment was a Direct Debit? If so, when it failed EE will try again about 1 week later for the final time.

Yes it is direct debit but I didn't know that the payment failed, it is past the re try and now isn't showing anything in the billing option, I can't make a payment and I just want to add my direct debit again to make the payment or be able to have my app on my phone be account holder so I can add the direct debit.

I tried using the link, it gives a tick on the number and when I proceed, it says error we are working on fixing this page. Unable to complete your process right now.
