No option to download invoices

Hello,I have been unable to download our business invoice since June'23.  When I select invoices and payments, the total invoice is stated and the date that the Direct Debit has been collected but there is no longer any option to download the invoice...

Leavers discount

For no reason my leavers discount was removed. I was under the impression this would stay on until I changed plan or cancelled. Neither of which I've done?

Conflicting call opening times on website

ring customer services website says open till 9pm minday-Friday when get through then get told your closed and close at 6, I need speak to someone now and can’t as your closed even tho says till 9pm

Upgrade an eSIM

I have an eSIM on an Apple phone and want to upgrade my SIM only plan. How do I buy an upgraded eSIM contract? I can only see option to buy what looks like a physical SIM.

Flex Pay

Hi, Was wondering regarding the EE flex pay which is a credit agreement, will this price increase with CPI+ every April?  And if so why because it's technically a loan?

I need to pay bill and cannot get through on free phone numbers , im on restricted so I’d there a number I can call it’s an emergency
