Im trying to get my network up and running again and I already paid my arrears. Plus need to set direct debit. But it wouldn’t let me.

@Limon1 it’ll take up to 24 hours to get a working signal again, once that’s been processed you’ll then be able to sort out a DD.

My bill wasn't due untill the 12th of this mouth went on the app and it said payment overdue please make a payment so I paid it today and I'm still not put back on

@Vikingking902 it takes up to 24h to get a working signal again once paid.
