I have a problem that maybe you can help with.

I top up via direct debit every month on the £15.00 a month plan. My problem is how do I send MMS? As I have never got cash on my phone to send one. It always says ' Not supported on this network' Do I have to ring up EE??

@b1963 : MMS are not included in your pack. You need additional credit to send those.

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

You don't top-up by DD. You probably mean by direct card payment.
