I've had to move rapidly and was unable to call to cancel my phone bill. How can this be done without calling? Obviously can't call from an international number.

You can give cancellation notice one of 2 ways.
1: Contact CS on +44800 0798586 or +44 7953 966150 and speak to an agent.
2: Write into EE CS with written notice. The 30days period will start counting on receipt.
Disconnection within your minimum term will be subject to early termination charges.

So I can't cancel anyway online? The only way one can cancel is by making an international call or write a physical letter?

If there was an online method I would have mentioned it in my previous post. Those are the two ways you can give cancellation notice.

@Dj4639 It might be 2024 but that’s got nothing todo with it. When you took out this contract you also accepted the T&Cs of that contract which also stipulated on how you could terminate this contract.
