hi, i would like to leave my ee membership. what shoul i do?

Spend Cap

HiI have a spend cap of £5.00 which I was under the impression that I couldn't go over my standard bill by more then £5.00 but I am still going over it by more than £5.00.Just wondering if i can put somthing in place so EE block anything over £5.00?

Cannot cancel contract

Hello,I cannot cancel my contract (which has now reached its end date). This is because my phone is broken so I cannot call EE. There is no live chat function available so this forum is my only resort, please advise what to do.Thanks
