My Mobile Bills

Dave789

I pay for 2 mobile contracts - one for my daughter and one for my partner. I do not use a mobile myself. Why can't I see my bills by logging onto my EE Account using my desktop PC? I have tried speaking to the EE help-line who have linked my account/s but I still can't see my bills.

Called 'Contact Us' for a second time and hung on for another 30 mins. A helpful person says he will arrange for my e-mail address to be merged with my mobile numbers. He apologised and told me that things should come good with another 5 days.

Many thanks

You pay for them but are you the a/c holder of these contracts? Are they in your name?

@Dave789   Have you setup the account as the bill payer in your name ?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
Yes, I have.

The assumption appears to be that I have a mobile which I don't. If I had a mobile I could probably call 150 or something and get a copy of the bill downloaded onto my phone. The system doesn't seem to cater for elderly people like me who don't use a mobile.

There is a clear problem with the whole BT/EE merger. I can login to my BT website and see details of my Broadband, TV Package and landline usage. I have a separate login for the EE mobiles but as you know I can't make it work even though it acknowledges me as the account holder. The kind people in my local store tell me that my broadband is supplied by BT even though the hub clearly says it is EE. I'm starting to wish that I'd stayed with O2!

thanks anyway
