Need help with changing to a new plan after my current contract ends

Hello,

I am looking to change to a new contract from my current contract which ends in a month. I don’t want to upgrade. Is it possible to change to a new contract while keeping my current phone number on the E-sim I am currently using?

Any help and advice is appreciated

When you current plan reaches the end of your minimum term - what many users confuse with "end of contract" - you can do one of several things. All of these can be done using your existing number & SIM.

1: Do nothing, nothing will change except a 10% discount after 3months

2: Upgrade your phone and choose a new plan

3: Change to a SIM-only plan

Why do you think you don't want to upgrade? Changing your contract whilst keeping your no. is called an upgrade. So I think you do!
