I have just been on to EE to renew or upgrade my contract which has expired. I spoke to the most obnoxious representative of EE I have ever had the misfortune to speak to and I want to make an official complaint, how do I go about it please.

Hello thereI asked for end my contract and talked to customer service and manager twice and they said it was cancelled but it wasn't and they took my money from direct debit and it was two installment  so could you please refund it in my bank account...
