When logging into a business account, I can see that there is a bill there to view but once I click on it (or click on manage account to menu option to view all bills) the webpage just goes blank (with the exception of menu options).
Any ideas? This is an old account that has been used for years.

Have you been able to try another browser?
I'd also recommend clearing cache & cookies.
