Resolved! Tech Add on £17

Hi community, I have just realised I have a tech add on bundle to one of my plan's. I don't know why I have this and does this get removed after set period of time? Or can I get it removed?Any Help would be appreciated.

Hi, any updates on this? I am experiencing the same at the moment as i called via Facetime but they said i called through international normal call and is charging me about the same amount as you. How was yours resolved?

I have anytime upgrade on my account but how soon before the contract ends can I upgrade without having to swap phones? I've got 5 weeks left but want to keep my current phone for my daughter.

Resolved! Early upgrade

I still have a few months on my contract it says I can upgrade for £90 early fee, but my question is can I upgrade and get that £90 added to my bill? Thanks 

Billing - Apple

I have had 10 £4.99 deductions on this months bill.  It just says Apple bill.  Has anyone else had this before?  I haven’t subscribed to anything.
