Anytime upgrade

I'm upgrade anytime spent 2 hours on chat to ee guide and was told that he had done the upgrade and I would receive a text to confirm delivery that was days ago and still nothing not even been sent a order number email or anything I'm not happy about...

Anyone else tried to upgrade today on full works plan and being quoted £100 upgrade fee? I’ve done upgrades over the past few years on full works plan and never been charged

Resolved! Removing added number from my account

I added 1 more ee number to my account before and paying together till now. But now I want to keep that number separately. So the person is gonna pay by herself and keep the same her  ee number. How do I do it online ?
