Resolved! Extra charges

My last bill had extra charges on. When I downloaded the bill I can see that I have been charged six times for sending one message to radio 2. Can anyone explain why I might have been charged six times for one message?

Changed from sky to EE and now I have had a big bill off sky but the callers that came around said I need to send it to them and EE will for it. Is this right

Hi I’ve received a text this morning saying my usage has been higher than normal and requesting I make an additional payment? When I’ve checked my EE account my phone and my parents phones show no additional usage or charges? Is the text a scam??
