Hi there, I last upgraded my phone contract in August 2024 and share an account with my dad who is the bill payer, I am looking to see if/what I can upgrade to (if I remember correctly my contract included upgrade anytime) but I can't view upgrade prices or options on the website or app.
When I try to view it, its says "If you want to upgrade one of your plans, please call us on 150 from your EE mobile".
Is there any way to view the options online or will I have to go into an ee store, as I very rarely have the time to sit on a phone call and discuss my options - I find it easier to see it all laid out on a screen.

Thanks for coming to our community.
I appreciate it is easier to be able to browse online in your own time to see what options suit you best.
It may be due to your online account access if you are not the registered account holder. How do you usually do your upgrades?
