Been having issues with being charged something on my last 3 bills that I shouldn’t be paying. I have spoken to 3 different representatives at ee now on 3 separate occasions who all have clarified that I shouldn’t be charged this extra charge and that it was put on my account my mistake. All 3 representatives advised me that this charge will no longer be on my bills and that a refund has been processed but here we are still no refund. I spoke to someone last on 27/12/25 and now the 2 business weeks has passed of which I the should have had my refund but still not received anything. I have been a loyal EE customer now for 12+ years and never had issues up until now.

Thought I’d leave a reply until i got January’s bill and guess what still no refund and nothing off this months bill either however the extra charge is no longer on my bills so just a matter of my refund of £42 now..
